HoneyTalk - Child Safety (CSAE) Policy
HoneyTalk has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This policy explains prohibited behavior, reporting channels, and enforcement actions.
1. Scope
This policy applies only to HoneyTalk and covers all user-generated content, communication, profiles, and media shared through the iOS service.
2. Zero-Tolerance Statement
Any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors.
- CSAM in any format, including images, videos, audio, text, links, or encoded material.
- Grooming, solicitation, enticement, trafficking, coercion, extortion, or blackmail involving minors.
- Attempting to contact, exploit, or abuse minors through any app feature.
- Sharing, requesting, promoting, or facilitating CSAE-related material or behavior.
4. Age and Access Controls
- Users must meet the minimum age requirements under applicable law and platform policy.
- Accounts suspected of underage misuse or CSAE risk may be restricted, reviewed, or removed immediately.
5. Reporting and Point of Contact
To report CSAE concerns, use in-app reporting features (when available) and email: dev.haneulsoft@gmail.com
Reports should include as much detail as possible (account ID, timestamp, screenshots, and description) so action can be taken quickly.
6. Review and Enforcement
When CSAE or CSAM is suspected, HoneyTalk may:
- Immediately remove or block access to reported content.
- Suspend or permanently terminate involved accounts.
- Preserve relevant evidence where legally required.
- Restrict access to features while investigation is in progress.
7. Legal Compliance and Law Enforcement Cooperation
HoneyTalk complies with applicable child-safety laws and cooperates with lawful requests from authorities. Where required, confirmed CSAM/CSAE incidents may be reported to appropriate organizations, including law enforcement and designated child protection entities.
8. User Safety Guidance
- Do not share personal information with unknown users.
- Block and report any suspicious, abusive, or inappropriate behavior immediately.
- If immediate danger exists, contact local emergency services without delay.

10. Policy Updates
