TalkBridge - Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using TalkBridge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Scope

These Terms cover only TalkBridge. Other apps, other platforms, or legacy services are not covered by this document.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must meet the minimum age requirement under applicable law and platform policy.
• You are responsible for the information you submit and activity performed through your account.
• You must keep your device and login access secure.

4. Service Features

TalkBridge provides profile-based recommendations, messaging, translation support, and communication features including voice and video calls.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Post or send content that violates law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or platform policy.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with app operations.

6. User Content and Moderation

• You retain responsibility for content you create or share in the app.
• The service may monitor, review, restrict, or remove content and accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.
• Serious violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscription

• TalkBridge may offer points and auto-renewing monthly subscriptions.
• Billing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
• Subscription management and cancellation are available through your Apple account settings.
• Except where required by law, paid items already delivered may be non-refundable.

8. Service Availability and Changes

• Features may be updated, limited, or discontinued at any time.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or technical conditions.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. The service may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, or legal reasons.

10. Disclaimers

• The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• No guarantee is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for all purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
